Berlin, now reinstated as the capital of a unified Germany is an exciting and vibrant city which has recently become top of the list of must-see cities in Europe. There is history here - shocking and thought provoking history. There is also forward thinking here. There is such a lot to see and do here from sightseeing - Check-Point Charlie to the Olympic Stadium, hop-on hop-off bus tours, boat tours, museums, relaxing in the green parkland spaces of the Tiergarten, Ku'Damm designer shopping, great international dining all over the city, and a wonderfully varied night life. Berlin really has it all! What is more it has the fastest Marathon course in the world running along many wide boulevards and is the one Marathon the world's best runners enjoy taking part in.
